A note from Alyssa
Child Therapist
I believe in the importance of families and I strive to ensure the therapeutic process includes all of the most important people in a child’s life. Before becoming a therapist, I lived in Africa for three years. I have experience with all kinds of families, cultures, and trauma situations. I am especially passionate about children with disabilities having access to mental healthcare. I enjoy working with all ages, but I am particularly fond of children five and under. I adhere to Child-Centered Play Therapy and can also offer Child-Parent Relationship Therapy coaching.
In my free time, I enjoy reading, playing board games, and traveling as much as possible. I can’t wait to meet you and your child!
