Meet Our Therapists

Lisa Conner, LMHC

Child, Adolescent, Teen, Adult & Couples Therapist

I enjoy employing a holistic approach to counseling focusing on the social, physical, mental, emotional, sexual, and spiritual welfare of each client. I use a person-centered and solution-focused approach where the client and I collaborate to develop a plan to address individual counseling needs in a supportive environment. Life will bring challenges, but each challenge we face in life can be a chance for personal growth, especially when we incorporate our faith.

I work with clients of all ages, including young children, elementary-age children, teens, adults, and seniors utilizing techniques from Cognitive Behavior Therapy, play and sand tray therapy, and EMDR. I specialize in assisting clients with pre-marriage and marital counseling, being attentive to the special needs of farmers and their families and working with those who have experienced loss of a child through miscarriage or early infancy loss.

Jenna Aalbers, LMSW

Child, Adolescent, Teen, Adult Therapist

My name is Jenna Aalbers, and I am a licensed MSW therapist with a passion for supporting individuals ranging from 8 to 30 years old. My expertise lies in school-based therapy as well as individual therapy, where I work with students to help them navigate various emotional and psychological challenges. I specialize in helping clients cope with issues like depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, stress, and self-esteem.

I believe in using an individualized approach for each person, which is why I incorporate a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Play Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, and Strengths-Based Techniques. These tools allow me to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, validated, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.

My goal is to help clients develop a deeper understanding of themselves and build resilience, equipping them with the coping skills they need to manage life's challenges and move toward emotional well-being.
