Welcome
New Hope Healing is a multidisciplinary, holistic healthcare practice led by compassionate, trauma-informed providers dedicated to supporting clients in healing from the inside out.
We aim to serve as a bridge, helping clients build meaningful connections with themselves and the world around them.
Offering occupational, physical, speech, and mental health therapy, we provide care both in our office and within the community through partnerships at local sites.
OUR VALUES
-
Guided and inspired by our faith, we believe we are called to serve others, particularly those in hard-to-reach places, the marginalized and disadvantaged, through our commitment to providing care that goes beyond traditional settings and dedication to the dignity and worth of all people.
-
We embrace a comprehensive approach to wellness, recognizing and nurturing the interconnectedness of the heart, body, mind, and soul in every individual.
-
We approach every client with empathy, understanding, and a deep commitment to healing, ensuring a supportive and caring environment for all. We believe that every individual has a rightful place within our community no matter where they are on their journey.
-
We are dedicated to breaking down barriers to care, making our services available to under-served and vulnerable populations, and extending our reach through community partnerships.
-
We believe in the power of teamwork, both within our practice and with community partners, to provide diverse therapies that create a well-rounded path to healing and growth.
The meaning of the dove
The dove carries many meanings across cultures and traditions, with peace and hope standing as its most enduring symbols. In literature, it often represents a new beginning—a fresh start after struggle or sorrow.
We felt it was fitting to use the dove as our symbol, as it reflects the heart of our work. We believe therapy fosters an inner peace and hope that ripples outward, strengthening our relationships, communities, and the world around us.
A note from our founder
“I started New Hope in 2008 with the mission of meeting people where they are with the love that God offers to each of us. In January of 2024, I semi-retired to begin a new chapter in my life as I care for my aging father. Before this transition, I passed the torch to Jen Haidar, who continues to support the original mission for New Hope. I now hold an advisory role at New Hope Healing to share my passion for people and my wisdom with the current team.
In addition to supporting New Hope Healing, I am looking forward to finally having the time I need to begin the book I have been planning for almost 20 years, and to further explore digital art and painting, a medium I discovered during the pandemic that has become one of my favorite ways to de-stress.”
