A note from Beth

Child, Adolescent, Teen, Adult & EMDR Therapist

I feel honored to sit with children and families in a space where they are able to share their life’s journey and enter into the work of healing and growth. I have been working with children and families for over 15 years. Before entering into the counseling profession in 2021, I was a special education teacher for 11 years. In my years as an educator, I walked alongside families and teachers to support a child’s behavioral challenges and help them learn how to develop healthy relationships with trusted adults. I have experience with a diverse population and seek to provide a safe and accepting space for people from all backgrounds. I utilize attachment and trauma-focused therapy approaches including EMDR, Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy, TF-CBT, Theraplay, and child-centered play.
