A note from Brandon
Teen & Adult Therapist
“Asking for help isn’t giving up—it’s refusing to give up.”
We’re all facing some type of challenge in life, and I believe it takes more courage to confront our struggles than to avoid or run from them. My work is grounded in supporting individuals as they grow strong roots in their foundation. These roots help you grow in your own authentic way, take meaningful action aligned with your values, and weather the inevitable storms that life may bring.
I offer practical, evidence-based tools and techniques tailored to each individual. This may involve pulling weeds from your past, moving through a difficult season—present or past—or simply growing from where you are right now.
My areas of focus include men’s mental health, anxiety, depression, life transitions, workplace issues, adult ADHD, and relationship challenges for adults and older adolescents (age 16+). I use a flexible, personalized approach that includes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Person-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Positive Psychology.
I strive to cultivate authentic relationships through empathy, safety, and non-judgment. My passion is helping individuals step into positive change. Sometimes the first step is the hardest—and I would be honored to take that step with you on your journey.
