A note from Brittany
Children, Adolescent, Teen Therapist
I work with children, teens, and adults who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected—whether from anxiety, depression, grief, low self-esteem, family challenges, or struggles at school or in the community. Together, we create a safe and supportive space to explore feelings, strengthen self-awareness, and foster healing. My role is to listen, encourage, and walk alongside you—celebrating progress, offering support in difficult times, and helping you develop practical tools to navigate life’s challenges.
Building trust is at the core of my work. I offer a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach grounded in empathy, transparency, and genuine connection. My goal is for you to feel seen, valued, and empowered to grow, thrive, and learn to love both yourself and your life.
Whether you’re a caregiver seeking support for your child or an adult feeling overwhelmed, you don’t have to do this alone. My approach is rooted in compassion and understanding, with the hope that you feel supported and empowered to be your best self. I would be honored to walk this journey with you and look forward to meeting you!
Outside of work, I love spending time with my three kids (ages 10, 9, and 8). We enjoy traveling, going to local festivals, and playing games together.
