A note from Brooklynn
Child, Adolescent & Adult Therapist
“Healing isn’t about becoming someone new — it’s about learning to care for yourself with compassion as you grow through life’s challenges.”
Hello, I’m Brooklynn, a temporary licensed mental health counselor. I specialize in working with adolescents, teens, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, crisis, self-esteem issues, trauma, and life transitions. My approach focuses on meeting clients where they are through compassionate, collaborative, and individualized care tailored to each person’s unique needs.
I draw from evidence-based approaches including CBT, trauma-informed, humanistic, and person-centered therapies to help clients build insight, develop coping skills, and create meaningful change. I strive to provide a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. My goal is to help clients strengthen resilience, improve emotional well-being, and move toward a more fulfilling life.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, sewing and quilting, painting, and playing video games. These activities help me stay grounded, creative, and connected.
