A note from Jenna

Child, Adolescent, Teen, Adult Therapist

My name is Jenna Aalbers, and I am a licensed MSW therapist with a passion for supporting individuals ranging from 8 to 30 years old. My expertise lies in school-based therapy as well as individual therapy, where I work with students to help them navigate various emotional and psychological challenges. I specialize in helping clients cope with issues like depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, stress, and self-esteem.

I believe in using an individualized approach for each person, which is why I incorporate a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Play Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, and Strengths-Based Techniques. These tools allow me to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, validated, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.

My goal is to help clients develop a deeper understanding of themselves and build resilience, equipping them with the coping skills they need to manage life's challenges and move toward emotional well-being.
