A note from Annie

Children, Adolescent, Teen, & Adult Therapist

Hello! My name is Annie (she/her) and I enjoy working with kids, teens, and adults from ages 10 and older to recognize their strengths and build resiliency. My areas of focus include depression, anxiety, life transitions, coping with ADHD or Autism, relational issues, grief and loss, self-esteem, identity, and acculturation stress. I use a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, and Internal Family Systems Therapy to approach our therapeutic work.

As a first generation Taiwanese American, I work through a person-centered and multicultural perspective to explore the relationship between mental health and personal identity. Healing is not the same for everyone, so I strive to create a safe space for you to be able to express your authentic self in counseling without judgment. Outside of work, I enjoy going on walks with my dog, cooking a new recipe, or traveling to new places. I look forward to meeting you!
