A note from Jessica
Adolescents, Teens, Adults, & Couples Therapist
As a therapist, I’m passionate about meeting you where you are—with compassion, curiosity, and without judgment. Life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, especially when unhelpful thought patterns keep us stuck. Together, we’ll gently explore those patterns, creating space for insight and growth at your own pace. I believe healing happens when you feel seen and supported, and my role is to walk alongside you as you discover what feels right and meaningful for your journey.
My background includes working with adolescents and their families through challenges such as anxiety, depression, identity exploration, body image concerns, trauma, grief, and life transitions. I take a holistic, trauma-informed approach that honors each person’s unique story and strengths.
In our sessions, I often draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), using practical tools to support self-awareness and movement toward client-centered goals. My hope is to offer a space where reflection feels safe, and change feels possible.
Wherever you are right now, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I’m here to support you in moving forward—with gentleness, intention, and care.
