A note from Abbey

Child, Adolescent & Teen Therapist

I am a licensed social worker (LMSW) with experience working with children, teens, adults, and families navigating a wide range of needs. I am especially drawn to working with clients 18 years and under experiencing anxiety, trauma, depression, low self-esteem, ADHD, behavioral issues, ODD, Autism, and difficulty coping independently.

I approach therapy from a strength-based perspective, helping clients recognize their abilities and build on what is already working. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Play Therapy to meet clients where they are developmentally, providing practical tools while also allowing space for creativity and expression. I believe every client has inherent worth and the capacity for growth, even in the midst of emotional or behavioral challenges.

“Growth happens when courage meets compassion”

I strive to create an authentic and comfortable space where clients feel safe to be themselves and move toward their full potential. It is incredibly meaningful to witness the resilience and growth that emerge as they work through emotional and mental struggles.

I am excited to meet you and work with you in the future!
