Arijana is a Temporary Licensed Mental Health Counselor (tLMHC) with a master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand View University. She is a compassionate therapist who utilizes an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from multiple evidence-based modalities, with a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy. This flexible approach allows for tailored care that meets clients where they are, while offering a safe, non-judgmental space to explore challenges and personal growth. Arijana strives to empower clients by being their number one supporter and advocate, fostering trust and collaboration in the therapeutic process.
She has experience working with both adults and adolescents, addressing a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, self-esteem issues, and life transitions. She is dedicated to helping clients develop the skills and insight they need to lead fulfilling lives.
When not in the office, Arijana enjoys spending quality time with family and exploring the great outdoors. These personal passions help maintain balance and offer a source of inspiration for the work she does with clients
