A note from Ashley

Child and Adult Therapist

I believe therapy should be a safe, comforting, and judgment-free space where everyone feels supported as they take the courageous step toward seeking help. I strive to create an environment where clients feel heard, understood, and accepted while working toward meaningful personal growth.

I especially value helping clients navigate difficult emotions, better understand themselves, and develop skills that help them grow and thrive. I have experience providing child-centered play therapy and sand tray therapy, and I work with children experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and behavioral concerns. I also enjoy supporting parents by providing guidance, parenting strategies, and tools to better understand and respond to their child’s emotional and behavioral needs.

With adults, I have experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, and eating disorders. My approach incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), client-centered therapy, motivational interviewing, and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). For eating disorders, I utilize enhanced cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT-E) and radically open dialectical behavior therapy (RO-DBT).

My goal is to meet each client where they are and support them in creating meaningful, lasting change.
