A note from Jill
Children, Adolescent, Teen & Adult Therapist
We can do hard things—just not alone.
I’m a social work graduate from Iowa with a background in education and a passion for supporting people through life’s challenges. I work with children, teens, and adults (generally ages 9 and up) navigating anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, or major life transitions. Whether you're facing stress related to school, work, or relationships—or simply feeling stuck—I strive to meet you with compassion, curiosity, and the belief that growth is possible.
With nearly 20 years in education, I bring a strong foundation in child development, learning, and communication, especially with kids and adolescents. That experience shapes my relational, client-centered approach and helps me connect with clients in ways that feel authentic and supportive.
I specialize in helping people through times of transition—adjusting to new environments, navigating family dynamics, or processing stress and trauma. Therapy doesn’t always begin in crisis; sometimes it begins with the desire to feel more like yourself again.
My goal is to create a safe space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to move forward—at your own pace, and in your own way.
