We all struggle at times with situations that affect our ability to experience contentment and feel at peace with ourselves and in our relationships. Solving problems can seem overwhelming and when friends and family aren't enough, you may want an objective perspective. I believe in each person's potential to make positive changes that lead to a more satisfying life. I offer you a space to come as you are and a place where you will be fully accepted and affirmed. As a trauma-informed provider, I am attentive to each person’s past and how this will shape our work together. Whether you are looking for a place to reflect or a place to work together on an action plan for change, let’s find your path together.

I primarily work with adolescents, adults, and couples. My areas of focus include depression, anxiety, confidence, self-worth, trauma, life transitions, work stress, family of origin issues, goal setting, relationship/interpersonal conflicts, and attachment issues. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and inclusive of transgender and non-binary individuals. Depending on your goals, my approaches may include person-centered counseling, solution-based counseling, or mindfulness-based counseling.
