A note from Julie

Adult Therapist

Hi, thanks for stopping by! I’m Julie, and I have been working in mental health counseling since 2012. I provide telehealth therapy, where you can receive healing from the comfort of your home.

My specialties include helping adults with life transitions, relationship conflicts, grief, trauma, anxiety, and depression.

My philosophy on mental health has its roots in the desire to see people reach their full potential. You can expect an authentic and respectful approach, where we work at your pace and comfort level. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling valued, understood, and hopeful about your future.

Outside of the office, you’ll find me on nature walks, riding my bike, reading, writing, and traveling. I look forward to getting to know you and walking alongside you during your journey of personal growth.

On a Free DAY You will find me…

walking or riding my bike on a nature trail, reading a historical fiction novel, journaling, or listening to a podcast while cooking a meal.

Words to Live By

From the Prayer of St. Francis:

Lord, make me an instrument of your peace:
where there is hatred, let me sow love;
where there is injury, pardon;
where there is doubt, faith;
where there is despair, hope;
where there is darkness, light;
where there is sadness, joy.

Some of my Favorite Things

traveling, learning about different cultures, Green Bay Packers, & a cup of fresh ground coffee in the morning.
