A note from Kristin

Teen & Adult Therapist

I believe therapy should be a supportive, collaborative space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change. My approach is warm, genuine, and practical, with a focus on helping clients better understand themselves, navigate challenges, and develop tools that translate into everyday life.

My special areas of interest include anxiety, stress and overwhelm, depression, insomnia and sleep concerns, life transitions, blended family and relationship dynamics, women’s issues, self-esteem, and personal growth. I especially enjoy helping clients navigate major life changes, complicated relationships, family dynamics, and seasons when life simply feels overwhelming.

Before becoming a counselor, I spent nearly 20 years in healthcare administration, human resources, and leadership. That experience provides me with a unique understanding of workplace stress, career transitions, relationships, and balancing the many demands of life.

I provide telehealth therapy for adolescents and adults, allowing clients to attend sessions from a comfortable and convenient setting. I tailor therapy to each person’s individual needs, experiences, and goals while providing a down-to-earth, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel comfortable being themselves.
