A note from Megan

Children, Adolescents, Teens, Adult and EMDR Therapist

Life can feel overwhelming at times, whether you're struggling with anxiety, managing intense emotions, working through past experiences, or simply feeling stuck. You don't have to navigate those challenges alone. My goal is to create a welcoming, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and accepted just as you are.

I work with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults, meeting each person where they are and tailoring therapy to their unique needs. I specialize in Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, anxiety, and anger management, helping clients better understand themselves, heal from difficult experiences, and develop healthier ways to cope with life's challenges.

I believe that every behavior and emotion has a purpose, and together we'll explore those patterns with curiosity and compassion rather than judgment. Whether we're helping a child build emotional regulation skills, supporting a teen through life's transitions, or helping an adult heal from trauma or manage anxiety, I strive to create a therapeutic relationship built on trust, collaboration, and hope.

Therapy is not about "fixing" who you are—it's about helping you reconnect with your strengths, gain confidence, and discover new ways to move forward. It is a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they build resilience, find healing, and create meaningful, lasting change.
